These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made with Kabiro Wildlife Adventures. By confirming a booking, guests agree to the terms outlined below.

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Kabiro Wildlife Adventures.

 

DEPOSITS

A deposit may be required to secure accommodation, transport and other safari services.

The deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly stated in your quotation.

 

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the safari unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and commitments already made to accommodation providers, transport providers and other suppliers.

Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated during the booking process.

 

REFUNDS

Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.

Certain services provided by third-party suppliers may be subject to their own refund policies.

 

ITINERARY CHANGES

Kabiro Wildlife Adventures reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

This may include accommodation substitutions, route changes or activity adjustments.

Where possible, equivalent alternatives will be provided.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.

Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, cancellations, delays, personal belongings and other unforeseen circumstances.

 

HEALTH & MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and for carrying any personal medication required during their trip.

Any medical conditions that may affect travel arrangements should be disclosed before the safari begins.

 

WILDLIFE VIEWING

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Animals move freely within their natural environment and sightings will vary depending on conditions and circumstances.

 

THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Kabiro Wildlife Adventures works with accommodation providers, transport providers and activity operators to deliver safari experiences.

While we carefully select our partners, some services are provided by independent third parties and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kabiro Wildlife Adventures shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, airline disruptions or other force majeure events.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
